In a powerful display of creativity and resilience, the students of Little Angels Inclusive School, Sonipat, hosted their Annual Cultural Fest on the theme "We Are Enough" on 29th April, 2026.
The prestigious occasion was graced by Deputy Commissioner of Sonipat; Ms. Neha Singh as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished guests who made the event memorable included former Cabinet Minister of Haryana; Ms. Kavita Jain, District Education Officer; Mr Naveen Gulia and Assistant Director of the CBSE; Dr. Preeti Khatri. A notable assembly of medical professionals and local dignitaries, including Dr. N.K. Mittal, Dr. H.R. Dhall, Dr. Ramesh Anand, Dr. Rachna, Dr. Nikhil Chugh, Dr. Meenu Gabrani and Ms. Anita Madan attended to support the cause of inclusive education.
The festivities commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a soulful Ganesh Vandana. Welcoming the gathering Principal of Little Angels School; Ms. Asha Goyal delivered an evocative address. She asserted that these exceptional children are second to none; they are different, but not less. She emphasised the genuine affection and the vital role of special educators, whose support has turned classrooms into sanctuaries where children do not just learn, but thrive. She added that these students are capable of achieving great success in every sphere of life.
A significant highlight of the day was the "Best out of Waste" exhibition. Visitors were impressed by the intricate handicrafts and jute products created by the students from discarded materials. This display showcased their artistic flair and their understanding of sustainability. In a heartwarming gesture, all guests were welcomed with traditional tilaks and presented with beautiful handcrafted candles made by the students.
The stage came alive during the cultural segment. Performing to inspirational songs such as "Ek Junoon, Ek Hausla", the students enthralled the audience with their rhythm and spirit. Their performances were met with standing ovations, proving that their determination is indeed boundless. Following the performances, Principal of the Inclusive School; Ms. Sonia Arora presented the annual report, highlighting the school’s year-round achievements and its commitment to inclusive growth.
The event also witnessed the felicitation of international-level student athletes, who received medals and mementos from the Chief Guest. In her keynote address, Ms. Neha Singh praised the school's sincere efforts in providing a platform and the essential guidance for the development of these children. Ms. Kavita Jain echoed these sentiments, praising the event for boosting the self-confidence of the participants and raising vital social awareness.
Chairman of Little Angels School; Sh. Tarsem Garg and Secretary; Dr. Vishal Garg extended their blessings and best wishes for the students' bright future. Principal, Little Angels School; Ms. Asha Goyal, Vice Principal; Ms. Geeta Arora and Headmistress; Ms. Bharti Dutta expressed their gratitude to the guests by presenting them with mementos. As the day concluded with refreshments, parents expressed their sincere thanks to the school administration for nurturing their children’s holistic development.
