Teachers' Day was celebrated with immense enthusiasm and reverence at Little Angels School, Sonipat on September 5, 2026.

A grand celebration was organized by the school management to honour the invaluable contribution of all teachers. As a token of love and appreciation, the management hosted a special movie screening at Max Cinemas, Sonipat, followed by a lavish luncheon at Wyndham Garden, Murthal.

The occasion was graced by the Principal, Little Angels School, Ms. Asha Goyal, the Principal Little Angels Inclusive School, Ms. Sonia Arora, the Vice Principal, Ms. Geeta Arora and the Headmistress, Ms. Bharti Dutta along with all the esteemed members of the Little Angels family.

The Chairman, Shri Tarsem Kumar Garg, the Secretary, Dr. Vishal Garg and Principal, Ms. Asha Goyal extended their heartfelt greetings to all teachers.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome and floral felicitation of the Principal, Ms. Asha Goyal. In her inspiring address, she described teachers as the true nation-builders who shape the personalities of students through their knowledge, experience and dedication. Every teacher's role is extremely important and invaluable in the school's progress and students' overall development. She also reminded that - Google can give only information but a teacher brings transformation. A teacher does not merely transfer knowledge - a teacher transfers belief. A teacher transfers life. The word 'Teacher' carries more weight than any degree, any title and any trophy.

The Vice Principal, Ms. Geeta Arora highlighted the life philosophy of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and said his exemplary life continues to inspire us all.

The Teachers’ Day celebrations were enriched by a vibrant array of cultural performances by the students, including melodious songs, graceful dances, soulful musical presentations and heartfelt speeches. Each presentation was a sincere expression of the students’ love, respect, and gratitude towards their teachers for their guidance, encouragement and unwavering support.

The celebration was elevated to a truly unforgettable experience with the soulful and captivating Qawwali performance by the Nizami Bandhus. Representing the 700-year-old Sikandrabad Gharana’s rich legacy of Sufi music, their enchanting voices, powerful musical expressions, and mesmerising notes left the audience spellbound and earned a well-deserved standing ovation.

The festive spirit continued with delightful presentations of dance, singing and instrumental music, showcasing the talent and enthusiasm of the teachers. The gathering also enjoyed fun-filled games and light-hearted moments, with teachers joining in spontaneous dance moves and celebrating the joyous spirit of the occasion. The programme concluded on a warm and memorable note with group photographs and a heartfelt vote of thanks, bringing to a close a beautifully curated Teachers’ Day celebration filled with appreciation, music, laughter, and cherished memories.

It was truly a day of gratitude, grace and togetherness — a heartfelt tribute to those who don't just teach lessons from books, but teach lessons of life.
