A workshop ‘Shaktivahini’ was organized in Little Angels School on 6^th February, 2021 for the Peons and Female Attendants to make them self-assured. It was held by the teachers Ms. Ritu Nagpal, Ms. Swati & Ms. Sushma. The participants were made aware of the common words in English to be used in day to day life, personal hygiene, child care, meditation, cooking delicious & healthy meals. They were apprised of the decent ways to talk to students, teachers & parents. They were motivated to be financially strong. The participants expressed their hearty feelings by playing different characters & singing songs. They enjoyed musical chair & other fun races. The winners were given away prizes too.

On the same day, workshop ‘Sarthak’ was organized for Bus Drivers & Conductors. It was held by the Transport Manager; Mr. Jagmohan Dutta, Dr. Gaurav Sharma & Mr. Kulvinder. The drivers & conductors were given the detailed knowledge on the traffic rules. They were informed about the First Aid & motivational exercises. The participants were notified to use GPS & follow all the rules & regulations in this time & Pandemic. They expressed their heartfelt joy with the presentation of a song. They loved to play cricket & other fun races. The victorious participants were honored with prizes.

The School Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal motivated them to work with same devotion & dedication in future too. The School organizes such motivational workshops from time to time for the all round development of its employees.
