To appreciate the beauty of English literature, the students of Little Angels School, Sonipat (Junior Wing) staged a comical and amusing piece of literature in the form of English play ‘Anything You Say, Your Majesty’ written by the eminent scriptwriter Geoff Bamber.
The event was graced by the presence of respected Principals, Heads of the Institutions, teachers and students of various schools of Sonipat, Karnal and Ambala. The programme commenced with a floral welcome of the guests by the School Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal, Vice- Principal; Ms. Geeta Arora and was followed by the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony.
The School Principal Ms. Asha Goyal delivered her welcome speech and highlighted the importance of literature in student life. She also stated that one can have a better understanding of the world culture and cultivate wisdom by staying connected with literature. She also mentioned that it is remarkably important for the students to take part in such events for the holistic development of their personality.
Thereafter, Mayank Dahiya of V Topaz and Divisha of V Pearl got the audience introduced with different genres of the play and took them into a journey of frolic and entertainment.
The performance of the entire cast was quite praiseworthy and left an everlasting impression on the minds of the spectators. The continuous and undisturbed flow of dialogues of the narrators and the actors was praised by everyone. The dance and choir performances added glamour to the play.
The whole event was concluded by an enchanting Grand Finale and the respective and glamorous introduction of all who were associated with it.
All the invited guests blessed the children for putting up a magnificent show and were happy to see the literary growth of the students. Invited parents and teachers beheld the whole show with amazement and left their indelible remarks for the same.
The Vice Principal Ms. Geeta Arora expressed her gratitude to the Hon’ble Secretary of the School Dr. Vishal Garg and Principal Ms. Asha Goyal for their unmatched guidance, motivation and support. She also extended her heartfelt thanks to all the invited guests for sparing their valuable time, concerned departments for their dedication and hard work, students for their confident performances and extra-curricular aptitude and the parents for their support. The event ended with refreshment and happy memories.
