Little Angels School, Sonipat was bubbling with religious fervour and enthusiasm on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami which is celebrated to welcome the spring season and seek blessings of Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, wisdom, arts, and learning. It is believed that without her blessings, the world would be shrouded in ignorance, as she represents enlightenment.

To mark the occasion, the School celebrated the event on 14 February, 2024. The School Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal, Little Angels Inclusive School Principal; Ms Sonia Arora, Vice Principal; Ms. Geeta Arora and other dignitaries graced the occasion.

First of all, the students of primary classes & inclusive school, staff and dignitaries who arrived decked up beautifully in radiant shades of yellow, invoked blessings of Maa Saraswati by offering divine rendition of shalokas, Saraswati Vandana and floral tribute. The grand Idol of Maa Saraswati was decorated with yellow flowers.

The celebration was concluded by the message of Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal who expressed her views on the importance of quality education for all students for a better tomorrow. The students were also told the significance of the event by the Vice Principal; Ms. Geeta Arora. All the esteemed members of School Management showered their blessings over the Angelians and wished for the happy, healthy and prosperous world. Basant Panchami celebration is incomplete without seasonal delicacies. In the end, Yellow sweet rice as prasad was distributed amongst all.
