Angelians Emerge as Champions at Sub Junior National Soft Tennis Championship

Soft Tennis stars of Little Angels made the School and the State proud with their commendable performance in Sub Junior National Championship held from 24th March to 28th March, 2022 in Srinagar. Arantya and Khushi in the mixed doubles soft tennis event while representing their state Haryana defeated yet another team from Haryana by 4-1 score and bagged a Gold medal and furthermore, in the Doubles category final match Arantya and Aditya beat Tamil Nadu with 4-2 score to add yet another Gold medal in the tally.

In the girls’ category, the tennis prodigy Alia Dahiya bagged a Silver medal. Her success on the junior circuit translated itself into glory with her inspiring achievement in the Championship. Prince, Yashpal, Princy, Harshita and Angel have also shown a steely determination by getting into the quarter-finals and earning a name for themselves in the highly-competitive sports circuit. In this championship teams from 20 states participated from all over India.

The School Chairman; Shri Tarsem Garg, Secretary; Mr.Vishal Garg and Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal congratulated them On their success and showered their blessings on the young budding Champions. Sports Director; Mr. Narender Negi also praised the players for great discipline, dedication, talent, mental strength and for making everyone proud with their significant accomplishment of winning the overall championship with 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze medals. He gave credit to the School authorities for providing excellent sports facilities to prepare young talents in the school itself.
