Floor Ball Women's National Competition was organized by Special Olympics India from 27 January to 31 January, 2024 at Yuva Shakti Model School, Delhi. About 125 specially abled women players from 14 states across the country participated in this competition. Khwahish from Little Angels Inclusive School, Sonipat represented the State as the Goalkeeper in the Haryana team in this competition. With the significant contribution of Khwahish, Haryana team won the Silver medal in the National Level Floor Ball Women's Competition.
Special Olympics India, Haryana also organized State Level Judo Competition on 19th January, 2024 at Ajit Stadium, Gurugram in which Vineet Saroha and Sameer of Little Angels Inclusive School, Sonipat participated. Vineet Saroha brought glory to the School by winning Bronze medal in 66 kg. weight category. Simultaneously, Powerlifting Competition was organized at State Level on 24th January, 2024 at Daulatabad Stadium, Gurugram, in which Sameer, Priyank and Daksh Nandal of Little Angels Inclusive School participated. Sameer won Gold Medal in 103 kg. weight category and Priyank won Silver medal in 86 kg. weight category . In State Level Table Tennis Championship Parth, Hitesh, Armaan Malik, Kritik Anand, Tanya and Khwahish from Little Angels Inclusive School proved their mettle. Parth brought glory to the School by winning Gold medal, Tanya won Silver medal and Khwahish won Bronze medal. Along with this, Mohit Saroha, Parth, Priyank, Pradyuman and Arnav Satija participated in the State Level Badminton Championship organized at Ashoka University, Sonipat in which Mohit Saroha won the Gold Medal and Priyank won the Silver Medal, bringing glory to their School and District.
The parents of the winning players thanked the school administration for providing the best sports facilities. On reaching the school, all the winning players were given floral welcome by Principal of Little Angels School; Ms. Asha Goyal and Principal of Little Angels Inclusive School; Ms. Sonia Arora. The School Chairman; Shri Tarsem Kumar Garg, Secretary; Mr. Vishal Garg wished all the players good luck for the upcoming National Level event.
