Little Angels School, Sonipat celebrated Basant Panchami with joy and fervour on Saturday, 5 February, 2022. As per Hindu Mythology, Maa Saraswati, the Goddess of learning, music and art was born on this day and thus to seek her blessings educational world celebrates Basant Panchami as Saraswati Pooja Day. It falls on the Fifth day of Magha month of Hindu calendar and marks the arrival of the Spring Season.

The School Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal, Vice Principal; Ms. Geeta Arora, the Principal, Little Angels Inclusive School; Ms. Sonia Arora and other dignitaries graced the occasion. All the esteemed members of the management and teachers were dressed up in yellow-coloured attires who lit the lamps at the decorated idol of Maa Saraswati to seek her blessings. The students offered floral tribute to Goddess Saraswati and presented a divine rendition of Shalokas & ‘Saraswati Vandana’ that added beauty to the premises.

Principal; Ms. Asha Goyal apprised students about the significance of the day and glorified the magnificence of Goddess Saraswati. The School Chairman; Shri Tarsem Garg, the School Secretary; Dr. Vishal Garg and Vice Principal; Ms. Geeta Arora showered their blessings over the Angelians and wished for the happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful world. In the end, Prasad, the sacred food was distributed amongst all.
